Produce a suite of fun, engaging, and informative videos featuring Orgain's founder answering questions from Orgain’s social media followers.

The goal of this project is to produce a suite of fun, engaging, and informative videos featuring Orgain's founder answering questions that have been pulled from Orgain's social media followers. Your videos are the first in a planned series featuring different Orgain ambassadors and there is the potential that you will be able to create additional videos for that series in the future. To that end, you should set the stage with a repeatable episodic format to ensure that future content with other ambassadors will have a consistent look and feel.

Ambassadors will provide insight into consumer questions around Orgain products and unique health and wellness questions while highlighting Orgain products and a balanced health and wellness lifestyle. We're looking for thumb-stopping and actionable content that answers those questions in a fun and engaging way, in line with the brand personality.

The first ambassador we're looking to feature is Andrew Abraham ( yes, THAT Andrew) as in the founder of Orgain aka the OG Orgain ambassador. He is based in Irvine, California, and will be available for a half-day shoot in early December. The filming window is tentatively between 11/30 and 12/7.  You'll have access to the Orgain offices for the film location.

In your pitch let us know how you plan to make engaging, social-first content as well as your unique approaches to the IG In-Feed videos and IG Stories. Please make sure you have repeatable/episodic formats in your treatments.

DELIVERABLES: There will be 24 total assets.

  • Six :30 - :60 Videos for IG In-Feed (1x1) and YouTube (16x9)
  • Six IG Stories (9x16) complementing the 6 In-Feed Videos
  • Six Photo Stills

TIMELINE: For the full project timeline please see the Assets section.

EXPOSURE:

TARGET AUDIENCE:

  • Late 20s–mid 40s
  • "Health Prioritizers" that are intentional about food: minimally processed, organic when possible, plant-based, low sugar, no carb. "Eat the rainbow" approach to food, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Active lifestyles: parents, athletes, hard workers, curious; they prioritize their health and wellness no matter how busy they are.
  • Sees healthy food and clean eating as a way to enrich their lives vs a detractor
  • They 'shop the margins' of the supermarket (rather than the center aisles, packed with processed and frozen foods) and don't see eating clean as a handicap but as an enjoyable key factor in a rich, rewarding life.
  • They prioritize active, healthy lifestyles, and know that Orgain products support their goals with nutrition that is clean and convenient.

TONE: Honest, straightforward, credible, witty, a little edgy

EXECUTIONAL MANDATORIES:

  • Videos will need to be produced in the Irvine, California area. You will have a half-day to film with Andrew.
  • Pitches must outline your unique approach to IG In-Feed videos and the IG Stories as separate assets. The In-Feed and YouTube videos could have the same content but should be formatted and optimized for each platform separately.
  • Your team is very important on this project! You will need to include a full team breakdown in your pitch with a focus on having an editor with ample experience creating assets for social.
  • Please note that Orgain will source social media questions to highlight in the video, but you will be responsible for scripting the narrative in each piece of content.
  • Please note that talent and location will be provided and do not need to be considered in your budget; however, you will need to account for your crew travel & accommodations in your budget (if you are not local to Irvine).

OPEN BID:

  • This is an open bid project, so you will get to set your own budget proposal up to $15,000. The Sponsor is interested in seeing tiered pricing options, so please feel free to submit various versions of your pitch at budget, target, and reach price points within that price range.
  • By participating in this open bid project, creators acknowledge that the Sponsor is under no obligation to greenlight a bid. Though most open bid projects on our platform do move forward with a greenlit bid, we will notify you in the event the Sponsor decides not to fund any bids via the project forum. Regardless of the result, all open bid submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and the project team.

Our priority is ensuring everyone's safety, so if you're shooting any live-action, please review our COVID-19 Production Safety Guide and check federal, state, and local rules before and during your shoot to make sure your on-set protocols are up to date. We’re working hard to keep people working during this extraordinary time, and our advice here is to make sure your submission is executable within the anticipated timeline, while also ensuring everyone's safety.

Orgain's content pillars are:

  • Clean nutrition: Dedication to clean nutrition with high quality, superior ingredients.
  • Taste the Difference: Content that creates visceral flavor experience.
  • Orgain’s Passion: Sharing Orgain’s energy and enthusiasm for clean nutrition and the role it has for helping transform lives.
  • Real, clean living: Showcasing real ways that people have made clean nutrition part of their lives.

Orgain's Brand Identity (look and feel):

  • Vibrant. Sharp. Relevant. Credible.
  • Orgain's imagery has purpose and energy. They use language and imagery that is grounded, timely, and relatable-always drawing inspiration from real-life experiences.

For some examples of effective Pitch videos, check out this gallery. All Pitches will remain private until after the Sponsor gives creators the green light to move forward.

The most compelling pitch will be greenlit, and upon completing the Winner Affidavit and the IP Assignment, the responsible creator will receive funding. Please note: the payment of the pitch funds is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal. Please see the full payment schedule in the Assets section.
