Treatment
Before you can create a great Video or Series, you must first create a great Treatment. A Treatment is a commonly utilized document in the film industry containing both written and visual elements that explain and support how you’ll execute a video or series should you be selected to do so. Typically on Tongal, every Video Project that has a Pitch Phase requires a Treatment from the filmmaker.

Production Budget
Before the cameras start rolling, before you hire a crew or start location scouting, you need to get your production budget in order. Your production budget is the basic roadmap for how the money will be allocated from start to finish during the production process.

Production Bible
The Production Bible is a consolidated master document that is used to present key creative, logistical, and production details to the brand for review during Pre-Production. The Bible may be a simpler document, covering as little as a script and some casting options, or it may be a much more thorough and exhaustive document, with everything from storyboards to locations, wardrobe, production design, moodboards, shot lists, motion graphics, and more.
At the very least, it must contain the Pre-Production elements that the project’s brief notes as requiring approval, but you may include any additional elements at your discretion.

Production Templates
Shot List
When it comes to shoot days, being organized is the name of the game. Having a clear plan in place before you step on set can save your production both time and money.
Call Sheet
The call sheet is sent to every person who will be on set that day and often includes such details as the shoot location address, contact info for the actors and crew, the order of scenes that will be shot and which actors are needed, what time any breaks will occur, and even parking directions, what the weather will be like that day, and local points of interest.

All productions of a commercial nature (film/TV/advertisements) are responsible for keeping records of the musical tracks featured in their work to ensure that composers and publishers are properly compensated. The Music Cue Sheet is your place to keep everything organized and your production on the right side of the law.

Storyblocks Asset Usage List
Tongal has partnered with the stock footage library Storyblocks, which can be used to source video clips, photography, or After Effects templates for your video submission on specific projects. If you intend to use Storyblocks, you must request access from a Tongal producer, and once your video submissions are approved by the Sponsor, you should use this document to provide a complete list of all Storyblocks video or photo content that you've incorporated.
