In our continuing effort to provide Tongalers with useful (and awesome!) production resources, we are happy to present our new Call Sheet Template!
If you’ve ever worked on a film set, you are probably already quite familiar with this particular scheduling tool, but for the uninitiated, a call sheet contains all the high-level information related to each single day of production. The call sheet is sent to every person who will be on set that day and often includes such details as the shoot location address, contact info for the actors and crew, the order of scenes that will be shot and which actors are needed, what time any breaks will occur, and even parking directions, what the weather will be like that day, and local points of interest.
A call sheet is an essential tool for any production, regardless of how large or small it may be. We created this template for our community of filmmakers to use as they plan their Tongal Project shoots, but we also think you’ll find it handy for all your filmmaking projects.
We are currently offering the Call Sheet Template in two formats: Excel (clicking will initiate a download) and Google Sheets. Open and download on your own computer for the ability to edit the call sheet to suit your production. Once you’ve inserted the details relevant to your production, export the sheet as a PDF and share it with your cast and crew!

We hope all our directors and producers find this tool to be helpful. If you’d like to see this resource in any other format, let us know down in the comments and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
