Create a :45 video for Wpromote, a digital marketing agency, that introduces the company to potential employees.
Many people believe that agency life has to suck: working as hard as possible, available to clients at all hours for any requests, until you inevitably burn out. Wpromote takes the opposite approach, because they know the best work is only possible when you have a great work-life balance. Wpromote is an award-winning digital marketing agency that manages integrated, performance-centric digital marketing campaigns for clients across a variety of industries. From good old-fashioned friendly competition in the form of LinkedIn learning challenges and employee-led trivia games to frequent opportunities to lunch and learn with industry experts and thought leaders, they're aiming to make Mondays (and the rest of your week) suck less. To make sure every employee is positioned not just to survive agency life but thrive in a great working environment, they offer a 4.5 day work week, unlimited PTO, 401(k) matching, top-notch health benefits and mental health days.
The goal of this project is to create a :45 video that informs prospective candidates about the benefits of a career at Wpromote and leads them to apply for a position. They are open to live action or animated pitches but you should try to focus on the angle of flexibility, agency/autonomy, and choice. Wpromote allows their employees to choose between full remote work, in office, or a hybrid of remote and in-office work.
