Produce a suite of live-action videos showing average people performing their everyday tasks and staying active after using Mueller Sports Medicine's REVIVE compression device.

This product will only ship to the United States, so while you can be based in Canada or another country, you must be able to receive the product at a US address.

Self-care is important. The break-neck speed at which we currently live our lives is making it even more vital just to keep up with our daily routines. From grocery shopping to playing with your kids to recovering from a full day spent working in a computer chair, we all need some TLC, but who has the time? Well, the folks over at Mueller Sports Medicine have thought about this and have added the new REVIVE device to their Recovery Care line to bring their consumers self-care anytime, anywhere!

Mueller now needs a talented filmmaker to craft a video to help spread the word by showing how everyday people, not just athletes, benefit from using a personal compression device. The REVIVE, similar to Mueller's main competitor's devices at Normatec and Therabody, helps reduce pain, enhance circulation, and recover from fatigue. The goal is to show the action of using REVIVE to get back to your everyday life and activity. The key differences that the REVIVE brings to the table is that it is extremely lightweight, rechargeable (no more being tethered to an electrical outlet!), and highly portable. While the REVIVE easily covers areas like the legs and ankles, thanks to the unique placement of the connection points, its overlapping chambers, and more size options the REVIVE is one of the most versatile compression devices on the market. The host of other notable features, along with key messaging points, can be found in the Background section below.

Mueller wants to highlight what happens after someone uses the device as opposed to solely focusing on the lead-up to needing the device or set-up. They're looking to capture that "Ahhhhh" moment when relief sets and allows the user to continue on with their day. This could be using the REVIVE to prep to go on a family hike, warming up with it before taking a yoga class, or the relief felt after using the REVIVE to recuperate from a day of sitting at a desk. Similar to this QUENCH gum ad, Mueller wants to show quick vignettes of average people being empowered to tackle the every day tasks that are in front of them after using the REVIVE. However, unlike the QUENCH gum ad, we're NOT looking to feature athletes.

We want to target the average Joe and Jane. It's important that we capture a diversity of body types, physical fitness levels, and ethnicities in this video. These are real people, unrelated to their interest in physical fitness or sports, being able to go through their day pain-free thanks to the help of using the REVIVE.

Given the nature of showing the REVIVE's flexibility of usage, Mueller wants to see the product in multiple locations to accompany the different users who'll be featured. How you execute showing off the diversity of uses, and users, that this product is geared toward is up to you. The client wants to utilize clever motion graphics and are open to creative ideas to help further bring this video to life outside of the typical on-screen text listing product features. Additionally, you should also anticipate using VO talent to communicate the messaging in the script. If you have an idea to create this video without VO, then the client is open to seeing your creative suggestions. Make sure to check out the Executional Mandatories below for the requirements.

By participating in this project, creators acknowledge that the Sponsor is under no obligation to greenlight a bid. Though most projects on our platform do move forward with a greenlit bid, we will notify you in the event the Sponsor decides not to fund any bids via the project forum. Regardless of the result, all submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and the project team.

Shooting live action or stop motion? Our priority is ensuring everyone's safety, and we're now requiring a COVID safety protocol plan for all relevant productions. PRE-PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS: Prior to shooting, filmmakers must receive the below approvals from the Sponsor.

  • SCRIPT: This project requires script approval. The Sponsor may provide feedback on your script and ask you to submit a new version. There may be up to multiple rounds of feedback until a script is approved by the Sponsor.
  • STORYBOARD: This project requires storyboard approval. The Sponsor may provide feedback on your storyboard and ask you to submit a new version.
  • CASTING: This project requires casting approval. Tongal advocates for inclusivity in on-screen representation and diversity in casting. If the Sponsor does not approve either of your options for a role, you may be asked to submit two new wardrobe options.
  • LOCATION: This project requires location approval. This means you will need to submit multiple images of your primary filming location. The Sponsor may provide feedback on your location and ask you to submit additional photos or to find a new location and submit images for that.

For your convenience, we’ve provided some helpful templates to use at your discretion. They include templates for creating a treatment, production budget, storyboards, shot list, call sheet, and a music cue sheet. Additionally, there are templates that will help you clearly present cast, location, and wardrobe options to the Sponsor. They can all be accessed here.

BUILDING YOUR TEAM: Tongal supports inclusivity in all of our productions and strongly encourages you to hire diverse talent for your team. To find staff & crew in your area, check out these resources and partners.

REVISION REQUIREMENTS: Once the Video Phase has closed, the greenlit submitters will enter the Revisions Phase. Filmmakers will perform reasonable edits on their videos according to the Sponsor’s feedback.
