Celebrate the beloved PAW Patrol franchise and the upcoming theatrical release of PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie on September 29th by creating an funny, entertaining, and clever social video designed for TikTok that gets fans excited to experience the movie in theaters.

No job is too big, no pup is too small! PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie premieres in theaters on September 29th, and the iconic pups that everybody knows and loves are back for another adventure. To help promote the movie, we're looking for social media-savvy creators that can make a captivating and engaging TikTok-first video - something that's clever, fun, and shareable to resonate with parents and fans everywhere. PAW Patrol has made a big cultural impact - not just on kids, but on parents, too - and the goal is to create a video that taps into the zeitgeist. Think about what YOU as an adult/parent would want to see.

This is not about creating a trailer cutdown or anything like that - in fact, you shouldn't be using any existing assets from Paramount - and the goal of this project is not about creating an ad. This should be much more fun. Surprise and delight! Consider a cool live-action approach that uses clever transitions and fun edits, or use stop-motion animation to bring The Mighty Pups pack and their galactic superpowers to life. Build, bake, cosplay, pose, puppeteer, or do something super random that takes things to the next level. Your concepts should appeal to adults and parents of toddlers, and your videos should also feel native to the TikTok platform, and lean into the trends and styles that would organically come across your "For You" page, while still being tonally in line with the PAW Patrol voice on social media.

So many creative possibilities are open to you, and below are a few thought starters to consider, but obviously, if you have other video ideas that feel native and aren't on this list, Paramount still wants to hear them.

  • Pup Transformations - Create a transition video where you turn your own dog into your favorite PAW Patrol pup using clever costumes and effects.
  • The Pups in Pop Culture - Think about how the pups fit into the big cultural moments that everyone is talking about. Which pup would you draft first for your fantasy team? Is Skye in her fearless era? Get creative!
  • Pet Talent Show - Showcase your furry friends performing tricks or actions inspired by the PAW Patrol characters.

You'll find the movie's synopsis, some character info, and some reference assets in the Background. Be sure to check that out. Also, Paramount is looking to greenlight multiple creators here, but each creator will only be responsible for making ONE TikTok video.

We also encourage you to submit an optional proof-of-concept video that illustrates how your idea would come to life. Your proof of concept should be designed for TikTok, shot in a 9x16 aspect ratio, and up to 30 seconds. You can even create your proof-of-concept video in the TikTok app itself. Feel free to include links to any existing social videos (they don't have to be your own) that represent the style you'd be aiming for.

For any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a magical meteor crash lands in Adventure City, it gives the PAW Patrol pups superpowers, transforming them into The MIGHTY PUPS!
