Work directly with northAmerican Van Lines, a moving services company, to edit together a :30 video highlighting their stress free moving experience.

For over 88 years, northAmerican Van Lines has been a leader in the moving and storage industry, providing high quality, full-service, moving and storage experience – whether across town, interstate, coast to coast, U.S. to Canada or International. Recognizing that every move and customer is unique, their professional moving teams work with customers to design a moving solution that fits their specific needs, whether that means full-service or do-it-yourself. They handle every aspect of the moving process making the move exactly what customers expect: smooth and easy.

Utilizing their existing assets, the goal of this project is to create a :30 video that focuses on the moving experience – the stress-free, smooth, and easy experience customers receive when working with movers who listen, understands them, puts their needs first, and guides them to the best moving solution. Other benefits include a no obligation free moving quote, hassle-free, streamlined, and COVID compliant moving process.

For this project, once a filmmaker is selected, they will be put directly in contact with the sponsor. All communication and feedback between both parties will run through the Tongal platform.

Check out more information in the Background, or ask questions here in the Project Forum.

The three main reasons customer move with them are:

  1. Experience. They’ve been a leader in full-service moving for 88 years. They're professionals with the experience to help guide their customers to the right solution for their moving situation and deliver a moving experience that is what they expect – smooth and easy.
  2. Customer Focus. northAmerican knows every move is unique so they listen to their customers and design moving solutions that meets their specific needs. That might be why they have ranked highest in satisfaction for moving services by relocating employees by Trippel Surveys for the last 3 years (2019, 2020 and 2021). They also have some of the highest net promoter scores in the industry (over 4.5, which indicates quality).
  3. National/International footprint, local commitment. Their agent network spans the U.S. and Canada, with affiliate agencies worldwide, so they can move you anywhere in the U.S., Canada, or internationally  – without a hitch. They're deeply rooted in their local communities and give back through charitable support of disabled veterans (Gary Sinise Foundation R.I.S.E. program), help fight food insecurity, and work as members of Move For Hunger.
