Produce a suite of playful and fun :15 "home-made" videos for the Little Tikes "Jump Challenge" to promote their World's Biggest Play Date (WBPD) virtual event on May 16th, 2020.

The goal of this is to drive awareness for Little Tikes' "World's Biggest Play Date" global virtual event, and to do so by promoting a "Jump Challenge" that they're calling "Show Us How You Play Big." Little Tikes wants to inspire families to take time from their busy days to be together, and play together, because with Little Tikes toys, you can have the best playdate ever. Little Tikes will greenlight three filmmakers who will each produce a suite of five different:15-second "Jump Challenge" videos.

These videos should look like the kind of "home-made" or DIY videos that any parent might shoot, with a little extra polish, because they'll be used as "seed" videos to encourage real kids and real families to "Show Us How You Play Big" and do the jump challenge. They should encourage kids & families to "see 10 jumps, do 10 jumps and tag others to do 10 jumps" and hopefully create the kind of virality where other families join in on the fun. The ultimate goal is to get everyone to join the virtual World's Biggest Play Date event on May 16th, but the "seed" videos should also encourage families to join in on the fun by uploading their own videos and hashtags to show Little Tikes how their kids are playing big from home.

To create these videos, you'll need to either identify, collect, or create home-made footage of kids & families, by sourcing from other kids that you have access to, or by filming your own kids playing and jumping on Little Tikes toys, like the Trampoline, the Jump N Slide, etc. If necessary, Little Tikes can send the toy products for the shoot, and they'll arrive in 2-5 days.

NOTE: Our priority is also to make sure everyone is safe, and along with that, we’re working really hard to keep people working during this strange time. Our advice would be to submit only if you feel you can do something within the anticipated timeline that ensures everyone's safety.

  • By participating in this open bid project, creators acknowledge that the Sponsor is under no obligation to greenlight a bid. Though most open bid projects on our platform do move forward with a greenlit bid, we will notify you in the event the Sponsor decides not to fund any bids via the project forum. Regardless of the result, all open bid submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and the project team.

Little Tikes doesn’t just make toys, we make "play." It’s what we’ve been doing for the past 50 years. We inspire families to take time out of their busy days and play together. The World's Biggest Play Date is a global virtual event on May 16th. We want our fans to participate in a viral activity to generate hype and excitement leading up to the event.

Given the situation we're all dealing with, these videos can also encourage parents to think about how they're playing with kids during self-quarantine too. Little Tikes is comfortable acknowledging the fact that these are tough times and that it's hard sometimes to get through the day with a kid, but they're in it with families and helping them through by providing solutions to keep them entertained.
