Create a 3-4 minute video to promote awareness around climate change and environmental protections with the goal of driving viewers to join Citizens' Climate Lobby.

Citizens' Climate Lobby is a level-headed, logic-driven climate change organization with a strong belief in diversity of thought. As a nonpartisan organization, their goal is to lead to a better way forward for climate sustainability. They lament that the world has become so polarized over the issue, and seek out the viewpoints of all involved in order to build better relationships and conversations built on trust.

The goal of this project is to create a 3-4 minute brand awareness video (script attached in "assets" to be produced) that will attract younger activists to join Citizens' Climate Lobby and to contact their respective state senators. This content should educate these members about the Energy Innovation Act, and garner their support for it. The CTA should be strong, including both the government's lack of support over the issue and driving awareness and sign-ups for CCL. The video should incorporate comedic-humor as an underlying tone to support the brand's optimistic and fun approach they take when addressing the issue. Please see the Background/Additional Details section for reference videos outlining the preferred style of comedy.

  • By participating in this open bid project, creators acknowledge that the Sponsor is under no obligation to greenlight a bid. Though most open bid projects on our platform do move forward with a greenlit bid, we will notify you in the event the Sponsor decides not to fund any bids via the project forum. Regardless of the result, all open bid submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and the project team.

Citizens’ Climate Lobby is a non-profit, nonpartisan, grassroots advocacy organization focused on national policies to address climate change.

Their consistently respectful, nonpartisan approach to climate education is designed to create a broad, sustainable foundation for climate action across all geographic regions and political inclinations. By building upon shared values rather than partisan divides, and empowering our supporters to work in keeping with the concerns of their local communities, they work towards the adoption of fair, effective, and sustainable climate change solutions.
