Pair graphic design, motion graphics, or animation with a collection of photo stills provided by [solidcore] to create a mix of videos and static images to get the [solidcore] fitness community hyped about participating in a challenge that awards an all-expenses-paid trip to see Beyoncé live in Los Angeles.

Beyoncé is the undisputed queen of pop, constantly pushing boundaries - not unlike [solidcore], constantly pushing you to build the strongest version of yourself. [solidcore] is a 50 minute, full body, strength training workout. It's an entirely immersive experience – held in a dimly-lit room under blue lights, fueled by energizing music, and led by an experienced coach who offers personalized instruction. This summer [solidcore] is challenging it's members to move into strength through their Irreplaceable Summer Challenge, the grand prize being an all-expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles, with a suite at what will be an unforgettable Beyoncé concert experience. We're looking for talented graphic artists to build out a small suite of social content to get their clients excited, and keep them motivated throughout the challenge.

The challenge itself asks that clients increase their visits to [solidcore] throughout the summer months, choosing a visit goal of 8,12, or 16 visits, with a minimum of 8 visits to qualify. For each [solidcore] visit, clients get one entry into the challenge. That's all something that you'll need to communicate in your content, and as Beyonce is a major focal point of this challenge, we'd like to see that messaging paired with subtle nods to her lyrics and albums through the visuals and copy. Obviously, you CANNOT use actual Beyoncé imagery or music due to copyright issues, and while we wouldn't mind seeing short snippets of her lyrics quoted throughout, this shouldn't be the focus of any of your designs either. The real success in this project will be in finding clever ways to blend the [solidcore] brand voice with Beyoncé lyrics and elevate them both.

[solidcore] has provided these photo stills from their current campaign that you can use in your designs. Due to the fast-moving nature of this project, we've broken the deliverables into three batches, which we've broken down HERE. Announcement posts are meant to do just that: let people know about the challenge in an exciting way. The awareness post will be used to continue this momentum, eye-catching imaging that get more people excited about the challenge. Then we have the motivation posts which are meant to challenge those who are already engaged in the challenge to push harder to finish strong. Finally, the announcement post will be updated with the winner's name and should celebrate everyone who came out to participate and get the winners excited to see the Queen Bey herself.

The first batch will need to be delivered by Friday June 16th, so we are requiring that you submit a proof of concept / first draft of an image for the [1x1 in-feed contest announcement post]. This proof of concept is ultimately more about the design than the copy as the brand will be providing their feedback on greenlight. It should be an elevated design that excites and informs, and something that you'll continue to build off in the remainder of the deliverables.

With that proof of concept, you can move right into revisions if greenlit. Check out more information in the Background, and for any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.

The most compelling pitch will be greenlit, and the responsible creator will then receive an email from Tongal producers detailing next steps. All submitters will also receive an automated email notification that a selection has been announced. To ensure you’re receiving project updates, review your email settings to check that you haven’t unsubscribed.

Creators who’ve been selected will receive funding upon completing the Winner Affidavit and the IP Assignment. Payment of the pitch funds is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal.

MUSIC: If you use any music from a library for your content, you MUST use one of Tongal's three music providers - Jingle Punks, Universal Production Music and Epidemic Sound. Music from these providers is available to registered Tongal members at no charge solely for their incorporation into submissions to this project, and will not require a Music Release Form. To learn more about using each of these music providers, click on any of the providers’ names above.

If you choose to use custom or original music, you must fill out and submit our Music Release Form. Please ensure your composer reviews and signs this form BEFORE beginning their work.

Video or photo content from Storyblocks is available at no charge, solely for incorporation into submissions on this project, and content will not require a separate Release Form. If identifiable people or intellectual property appears in a video clip or photo, you may only utilize assets that are clearly marked “Model released: Yes” or “Property release: Yes” on the clip description pages. You may not use any audio.

If you intend to use Storyblocks, inform your Tongal producer beforehand, and an account will be created for you to access the library and its features. Once your video submissions are approved by the Sponsor, you must provide a complete list of all Storyblocks content that you used via our template HERE.
