ABOUT [solidcore]

[solidcore] is a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout training class performed on a Pilates-inspired reformer. The workout utilizes slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles so they can build back stronger. At its core, [solidcore] represents strength, and while it is similar to Pilates in that it utilizes a resistance-based machine, the intention aligns with the principles of strength training, as the idea is to stimulate muscles through resistance-based exercises. The class is 50 minutes long and is an extremely immersive experience, held in a dimly lit room under blue lights, fueled by energizing music, led by an experienced coach offering personalized instruction.
