It's time for the third season of our Branded Content Mentorship Program. Up your storytelling game by learning skills from experts in the branded content space.
Tongal is on a mission to break down long-standing barriers to entry for underrepresented Creators across the entertainment and advertising industries by connecting them to opportunities and to each other. For our third season of the Branded Content Mentorship Program - which was designed to equip emerging Creators with the tools and resources needed to excel in a branded media environment - we're doing a deep dive into the art of color grading. Mentees will receive a $750 production stipend, and work directly with Jeremy and Tongal to color grade one video to add to their own portfolio.

PROGRAM DETAILS
Phase 1
Mentor Applications Accepted + Lesson Plans Developed

Mentors can apply to our Branded Content Mentorship Program with their lesson plan ideas. Selected mentors will receive funding and work with the Tongal team to develop and produce their lesson plans for the next phase of the program.
Phase 2
Mentee Applications Accepted
March 7th - March 30th
Emerging creators who would like to be mentored and create a new branded content sample for their portfolio based on the available lesson plans may apply to the program during this period. To apply, prospective mentees will be asked to submit a creator statement and an outline or treatment of their idea for a final project based on one of the lesson plans. Mentors, along with the Tongal team, will review and select the mentees for the program.
Phase 3
Mentees Create Portfolio Pieces with Mentor Support
April 17th - May 25th
Let the creativity and learning begin! Mentees and mentors will take part in a kick-off call to discuss their concept and plan how they’ll bring their final projects to life. Weekly check-ins will be scheduled to provide guidance along the way. Mentees will be given a grant to help cover the cost of any software and materials.
