The basic idea for this is a parent eating their kid's Welch's.
Kids come home from school and look in pantry for Welch's. Find an empty box and trail of empty wrappers. Their mom is eating them. She quickly pretends to work when they approach her. Lies about eating them. Kids say she is lying through her teeth - which she literally is - she has Welch's in her mouth. See attached script.
I always shoot with professional actors and crew. Would use a RED camera and go for a warm and natural look.
