Make a documentary style confessional with mom's admitting how they made shopping mistakes last year for 'back to school' and what they're doing differently this year. Their seriousness should border on comedic while the message is real. Have them tell horror stories about not having Kleenex or Scott's products....or that one time they ran out of Viva and how they'll never let that happen again.
