Rooftops can be used for greenhouses which can grow food even in winter months. Rooftop gardens consume C02, and serve as great places for lunch in corporate buildings, improving morale. Solar panelling on roofs and heat sinks for clean renewable energy which goes lowers energy costs for tenants.
