Create a :30 TrueView video for Oyster, a global human resources hiring platform, to help them acquire customers.
Oyster is a global employment platform which empowers companies to hire, pay, and care for their global team whilst delivering exceptional team member experience. It streamlines recruitment across multiple countries, while navigating the intricacies of local labor laws, and takes you from interview to signed contract in as little as 48 hours. Plus, with the ability to hire in 180+ countries, it’s the perfect tool for managing a global workforce across the full employee lifecycle.
The goal of this project is to drive viewers into action by creating an authentic testimonial-style video that helps Oyster connect with their customers by showcasing people sharing stories about using the platform, and explaining how they feel empowered by a simplified and streamlined workflow. These people could be actual customers - if you happen to know or have access to any - or simply actors playing customers. Oyster would like live-action execution that involves motion graphics to reinforce key messages, and they also want to showcase the platform. The video must get people's attention within the first 5 seconds, and focus on the key messaging points contained in the Background. For any questions, ask away in the forum.
