Greenlit
Authentic Story by Amy Henry
In 12/2015, my sons and I road-tripped to D.C to visit the Spy Museum. Rebecca, who checked us in at the Kimpton, invited the boys to pick a prize from the treasure box. My younger son did. My older son emerged empty-handed, announcing, “I'm good.” I was puzzled. Eliot had selected a Captain America action figure, but Owen said, “I’m just more of a Spiderman guy.” When we returned to our room, a note on the bed read, “Our Spidey senses were tingling!” surrounded by Spiderman activity books.
