Biography
Thankfully I have been fortunate enough to start my own Personal training business which covers lifestyle coaching as well as fat loss. Balancing this business with playing Indoor Cricket for my country and striving to be a professional cricketer is not always the easiest of tasks.
Early mornings, late evenings, forgoing social occasions are what some would call sacrifices but I call them choices. You can choose to live an extraordinary life or a mediocre one and I vote the former.
The catalyst for starting my business was when I realised I could change people’s lives through exercise and health. Being a big kid growing up I could empathise with the struggles both mentally and physically and using my pain and story to inspire people to better themselves was a no brainer.
Through my business, through my character and actions I want to inspire people of all ages, races, social demographics that you can “bake your cake and eat it to” You just have to trust in yourself, believe and have faith in your own ability.
I want to pave the way for people who are too afraid to take that leap, or are too worried about what others think. I’ve always been a trail blazer and never one to conform. I hope that through my actions, through my demeanour, I inspire others especially young aspiring kids and teenagers who want to taste the main menu of hard work and then devour the desert of success.
