Carlisle begs his father to allow an innocent woman accused of being a witch to live, but he burns her. Carlisle is on a hunt for vampires and is bitten. Knowing his father and his followers would kill him, he hid for his transformation remaining silent through the pain so he is not found. After failed attempts of killing himself he gives into his blood thirst on a herd of deer. He is saddened when he over hears his father planning a search for him to kill him and save his soul. He Leaves town.

Well, my screenplay submission for Twilight didn't make the top 5 cut, but I am so thrilled to know it was in the top 10! Congrats to all the winners! Looking forward to the next phase for directors pitches. Submitting for that too. :)

I am so honored to be a part of this competition for the Twilight Storytellers. Getting the chance to write a script on any of the Twilight character's background is a dream come true. Onto the next phase of the competition. Finger crossed I make it into top 5! Thanks again, Women In Film!
