Flashback: scenes of Jane being taunted and injured by other children, being accused of witchcraft in front of her parents, hugging Alec. At the end of each scene, Jane's angry eyes are the focus - all she wants is to hurt them. Final shot (back from flashback): a close up of fire reflected in Jane's eyes as she is led to the stake.
