DAVE is the lovably naive and always-upbeat patriarch of the Williams household. He’s pretty happy with the new PC he just bought. His wife, AMY, has some reservations -- she doesn’t understand why they have to keep the TROLL the computer came bundled with. Dave explains that’s how they all are. Plus, it’s only a 6-month trial period. Amy’s not amused. The troll has caused enough damage… they’re going to the Microsoft Store where they can get a PC that doesn’t come with unwanted add-ons.
