Bringing life into the world is a gift in Anne Gallagher’s blood. Her mother delivered babies in Chicago & her aunts were bike-riding midwives in 1950’s London. Unlike traditional hospital procedures, Anne’s philosophy has new mothers make immediate physical contact with their babies after birth, forming a special, trusting bond with their newborn. The system has had such proven success, Anne is now creating workshops that teach nurses to empower mothers, ultimately making life better for baby.
