Create a suite of custom social media banners for T-Mobile's executive team to share on their personal social channels that visually bring the key benefits, features, and impact of the T-Mobile network to life.

T-Mobile has always been known as the Un-carrier, and once again they are redefining what it means to be a wireless provider: more than just a 5G network, T-Mobile prides itself on its innovative and human-led approach to meeting customers where they are and taking them where they want to go. To do this, T-Mobile is constantly evolving while supporting its customers through initiatives like Network Pass, proactive disaster response solutions, and seamless digital and in-store experiences. At its core, T-Mobile is committed to have a network that not only performs, but empowers—one that helps people connect, grow, and thrive.

With that in mind, T-Mobile's executive team is looking for a suite of custom social media banners that reflect their company's evolution and ethos, from their innovative tech to their company values and community impact. These banners will be used for their executive and VP+ team members' personal profiles across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. These static, design-forward graphics must capture T-Mobile’s bold energy and align with their refreshed branding. T-Mobile's execs should be proud to display your banners, and your artwork, capturing the unique spirit and singular energy of T-Mobile, should spark conversation among employees, friends and family, and casual viewers across these execs' social channels. T-Mobile's current banners, while fun, could use a fresh, eye-catching update that reflects the elevated, modern, dynamic feel of T-Mobile's updated branding approach. We are open to one design resized/scaled for different platforms, but we'd encourage you to think about how you could adapt the creative of your design to each unique platform.

In terms of execution, we are primarily looking for graphic-forward executions, though you are welcome to incorporate live-action or stock images into your assets, although you should stay away from any character animations or puppet-like figures to represent your concepts. If you do plan to use stock images, they must be from Storyblocks. If greenlit, Tongal will provide you with access to Storyblocks' stock image library. Similarly, official T-Mobile fonts and logos will be provided to the greenlit creator.

Whether you create one banner design or two within a theme, all of your designs should feel like they're part of the same coherent series. Keep in mind that T-Mobile is a tech-forward company, so we need dynamic banners that have a thrilling and energizing aesthetic – perhaps even a little unexpected playfulness – but you should avoid anything that skews too far into "quirky" on one end or "corporate" on the other. We want the artistry of the asset to shine, and hook audiences, so the key message lands.

By participating in this project, creators acknowledge that the Sponsor is under no obligation to greenlight a submission. Though most projects do move forward, we'll notify you in the event the Sponsor decides not to fund any submissions via the Project Forum. Regardless of the result, all submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and project team.

In order to be considered, include the below materials in your submission. For examples of effective pitches, check out this gallery. All Pitches remain private, even after a Pitch is selected, and Tongal strives to have Pitch selections made by the end of the Evaluation period, but additional time may be required by the Sponsor, depending on any number of factors.

  • TEXT (REQUIRED): Up to 500 characters synopsizing how you plan to approach and produce the content listed in the Deliverables.

  • TREATMENT (REQUIRED): A more detailed and specific description of how you propose to execute all of the content listed out in the Deliverables. Explain what we can expect to see, and how you'll make it. If it's helpful, we've provided a treatment template HERE.

  • LINKS (REQUIRED): To your previous video work. Please specify your role (producer, director, editor, artist, etc.) but do not include links to your showreel. Please link to individual videos.

  • PITCH VIDEO (Optional): This is your opportunity to be face-to-face with the Sponsor and show what you're capable of. Consider a video in which you tell the Sponsor what they can expect, or consider test videos, proof-of-concept edits, animatics, etc. For examples of effective Pitch videos, check out this gallery.

The most compelling pitch will be greenlit by the Sponsor, and the responsible creator will then receive an email from Tongal producers detailing next steps. All submitters will also receive an automated email notification that a selection has been announced. To ensure you’re receiving project updates, review your email settings to check that you haven’t unsubscribed.

Creators who’ve been selected will receive funding upon completing the Winner Affidavit and the IP Assignment. Payment of the pitch funds is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal, typically included with the project timeline.

You may not use any audio.
