T-Mobile Exec Social Evergreen Motion Graphics Video Project
Pitch
04/17/25 - 10/22/25

Produce a motion graphic video to highlight the key benefits and features T-Mobile can provide for the T-Mobile executive team to post to their own social channels.

T-Mobile is a powerhouse of innovation, value, and customer-first experiences, consistently setting the bar high with its industry-leading 5G network, unmatched perks, and deep commitment to giving back. From winning top network accolades to offering exclusive travel and entertainment benefits through Magenta Status, T-Mobile ensures customers get the best value and experience while re-defining what it means to be a wireless provider. Their dedication to progress is evident in cutting-edge advancements like Network Pass, proactive disaster response, and seamless in-store experiences. Beyond business, T-Mobile is also known for its social impact, supporting communities with initiatives like Hometown Grants and Project 10Million.

This impact is a huge part of why employees value being a part of the T-Mobile team, and to amplify the brand's impact, they are actively looking for content around these topics that empowers employees to share the T-Mobile story in a way that resonates with their audiences.  When the executive team and employees post, they want content that is not only informative but also thumb-stopping, distinctive, and undeniably cool—something that sparks engagement, reinforces T-Mobile’s leadership, and makes people proud to be part of the Un-carrier movement.

We are looking for a skilled illustrator, designer, or artist to create a motion graphic video to showcase key campaigns and messaging for the T-Mobile executive team to share on their social media channels. These assets will need to be evergreen to be used and shared by T-Mobile employees throughout the remainder of the year.  There are 26 key messages that you can base your creative on, all of which highlight T-Mobile's Key Campaigns of providing the Best Network, Best Value, Best Experiences, and Corporate Responsibility. You can read more about each message in the Background.

If your concept is selected, you'll create two versions of the asset: one tailored for the C-suite team to post, and an alternate version for the VP Social team. While both assets should share the same core messaging and overall style, they should feature enough visual variation to feel distinct—creating a sense of freshness and excitement while maintaining brand consistency. In terms of execution, we are primarily looking for graphic-forward executions, though you are welcome to incorporate live-action or stock images into your assets, although you should stay away from any character animations or puppet-like figures to represent your concepts.

We're aiming for graphics or visuals that feel modern, slick, engaging, and polished. All of the assets should feel like they're part of the same coherent series, BUT that doesn't mean every image needs to look the same or use the exact same style. Keep in mind that T-Mobile is a tech-forward company, so we need dynamic illustrations that have a thrilling and energizing aesthetic - perhaps even a little unexpected playfulness, but nothing that you'd really call "quirky" or "corporate." We want the artistry of the asset to shine, and hook audiences, so the key message lands.

For this project, T-Mobile is looking to greenlight numerous creators who can make more than one asset, so for your Pitch, you are encouraged to propose multiple creative approaches across the key messages. You can mix & match format and execution depending on what would work best for each approach. The more ideas, the better!

Check out more information in the Background, and for any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.

Though most projects do move forward, we'll notify you in the event the Sponsor decides not to fund any submissions via the Project Forum. Regardless of the result, all submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and project team.

The Sponsor has decided not to move forward with a Pitch on this project. Though most Projects do move forward with a selected Pitch, we will always notify you in the event the Sponsor has decided not to move forward. Please note that regardless of the results, all submissions are reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and the Project Team. We sincerely appreciate your time and effort on this project.

In order to be considered, include the below materials in your submission. For examples of effective pitches, check out this gallery. The most compelling pitch will be greenlit by the Sponsor, and the responsible creator will then receive an email from Tongal producers detailing next steps. All submitters will also receive an automated email notification that a selection has been announced. To ensure you’re receiving project updates, review your email settings to check that you haven’t unsubscribed.

Creators who’ve been selected will receive funding upon completing the Winner Affidavit and the IP Assignment. Payment of the pitch funds is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal, typically included with the project timeline.
