Create dynamic, engaging, and social-first employee interview videos, using provided footage, for T-Mobile executives to share on LinkedIn and Instagram.

As America's largest and fastest 5G network, T-Mobile prides itself in being known for its innovation, customer-first mindset, and standout employee culture. They take pride in investing in their own people and want to share their employees' inspirational stories with the world. We are looking for an editor who can work with existing footage of employee interviews to create fun, dynamic, engaging, and social-first videos, which T-Mobile executives will share on their personal social media pages.

The goal of this project is to amplify the voices of T-Mobile's team members, showcase employee talent. and shine a light on the passionate people who drive T-Mobile forward. We want to lean into T-Mobile’s culture of innovation and inclusion and showcase how T-Mobile is a people-first, forward-moving company. The content will eventually be shared by T-Mobile executives to inspire future talent, current employees, and business partners.

T-Mobile will provide vertical (9x16) footage of employee interviews from a company event, so no physical production is required for this project. You'll receive about 8-12 minutes of raw footage for each interview, where employees are asked questions about their line of work and projects they’ve led. You'll need to be cut down the footage so that it feels social-first, and the videos must include dynamic baked-in captions. The final videos should include slick editing, social-first design, on-screen graphics, on screen text, captions, light motion design — whatever brings the stories to life in a fast-paced, visually compelling way.

For your pitch submission, we suggest you include a sample video, up to :30 in length, that demonstrates how you might edit together the provided footage and messaging while keeping in mind social platform best practices and T-Mobile branding. The team has even pulled a reference doc some possible quotes and suggestions that stood out which you can include in your sample edit, however, it is not mandatory to use these moments and you should edit as you see fit and pull your own favorite moments.

They're the Un-carrier - cool, clever, maybe even a little quirky. We want these videos to feel conversational and, especially since we're featuring employees, authentic and fun. Structurally, we imagine these will be dynamic and full of energy, with a lot of cuts and clever transitions. The color magenta (#E20074) is key too; if you haven't already noticed, it's pervasive throughout T-Mobile content.

By participating in this project, creators acknowledge that the Sponsor is under no obligation to greenlight a submission. Though most projects do move forward, we'll notify you in the event the Sponsor decides not to fund any submissions via the Project Forum. Regardless of the result, all submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the Sponsor and project team.

In order to be considered, include the below materials in your submission. For examples of effective pitches, check out this gallery. All Pitches remain private, even after a Pitch is selected, and Tongal strives to have Pitch selections made by the end of the Evaluation period, but additional time may be required by the Sponsor, depending on any number of factors.

To ensure you’re receiving project updates, review your email settings to check that you haven’t unsubscribed.

Creators who’ve been selected will receive funding upon completing the Winner Affidavit and the IP Assignment. Payment of the pitch funds is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal, typically included with the project timeline.
