Create a vibrant suite of eye-catching static images in both English and Spanish to showcase T-Mobile's DreamTM unique customer offers.
Videos tend to get all the love, but on social media, static graphics can still have a heck of an impact - especially when they're smartly done and really creative - and T-Mobile's all about static images here. See T-Mobile employees regularly post content about T-Mobile offers and products on their own channels, and when they do, they want something that's thumb-stopping, distinctive, and just cool all-around, so we're going to create a suite of static images that is just that, showcasing the new amazing offers that they'll have for customers in 2024.
We are looking for a skilled illustrator, designer, or artist to produce 14 different static images to support these new offers with impactful content that's full of color, energy, and vibrance. There will be some messaging that needs to be included in a clever way, but T-Mobile has provided the headlines that you'll need to feature in the Background. T-Mobile also wants to ensure its message resonates with a broader audience, so once you have created all static images, you'll also need to translate all copy into Spanish. If you encounter any challenges with translation, worry not! We can pair you up with a translator, though a small portion of the existing budget will then need be allocated to the translator. What's important is that the messaging shines in both English and Spanish.
We're aiming for graphics that feel modern, slick, engaging, and polished. All of the static images should feel like they're part of the same coherent series, BUT that doesn't mean every static needs to look the same or use the exact same style. Keep in mind that T-Mobile is a tech-forward company, so we need dynamic illustrations that have a thrilling and energizing aesthetic - perhaps even a little unexpected playfulness, but nothing that you'd really call "quirky" or "corporate." We want the artistry of the asset to shine, and hook audiences, so the key message lands. We expect that you'll want to lean heavily on 2D animation and mixed media styles, and 3D if it makes sense, along with some clever use of typography, so go for it!
For your pitch, we highly encourage that you submit a proof of concept / first draft of an image or multiple images along with your Treatment and check out links in the Background to see what T-Mobile has created lately. This is primarily for T-Mobile employees to share too; they will do so on their personal social media accounts for their family, friends, and professional contacts. For any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.

HELPFUL REFERENCE VIDEOS FOR INSPIRATION/TONE:
This is some of the recent video and image content created on Tongal, and they're all great examples of the style we're looking for but still showcase how much diversity is possible.
In order to be considered, include the below materials in your submission. For examples of effective pitches, check out this gallery. All Pitches remain private, even after a Pitch is selected, and Tongal strives to have Pitch selections made by the end of the Evaluation period, but additional time may be required by the Sponsor, depending on any number of factors.
The most compelling pitch will be greenlit by the Sponsor, and the responsible creator will then receive an email from Tongal producers detailing next steps. All submitters will also receive an automated email notification that a selection has been announced. To ensure you’re receiving project updates, review your email settings to check that you haven’t unsubscribed.
Creators who’ve been selected will receive funding upon completing the Winner Affidavit and the IP Assignment. Payment of the pitch funds is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal, typically included with the project timeline.
