Cut up an existing full-length Spanish-language audio recording of the scriptures from The Book of Mormon, and deliver them verse by verse in a meticulously organized manner as individual audio files. Both timeline and budget are open-ended and flexible for this project.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is looking to make its scriptures more accessible to more people, in more languages, by releasing audio recordings for each individual verse that people can listen to through its website and app. To that end, we're looking for an audio editor to cut up the previously recorded Spanish audio scriptures of The Book of Mormon (Spanish Translation), verse by verse, and deliver them as individual files in a well organized manner.

You will receive the Spanish-language audio recording files for each Chapter, and will need to diligently cut each Chapter into its individual verses. You will not be required to edit or mix these files, or include any new music or sound effects, so this won't require a creative approach, but a detailed logistical one, with a heavy emphasis on both organization, file management, and quality control (QC).

You will also only be cutting up some of the books in The Book of Mormon (Testimony of Three Witnesses, Testimony of Eight Witnesses, Jacob, Words of Mormon, Mosiah, Helaman, 4 Nephi, Mormon). These books total about 522 minutes of audio, across 65 Chapters and 1794 verses.

For your pitch submission, we'd ask that you submit both a proposed budget and timeline to complete this project. Unlike typical projects on Tongal, we're leaving both of these items open-ended, given the unique nature of the task, though you should anticipate a rolling delivery for the audio files (versus a single delivery at the end). Feel free to submit budget and timing options too, if you think you might bring on other team members to speed up the process.

For any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.
