With some magenta flair and a flashy mix of motion graphics and editing, create a template for a text-driven video that can be used to effectively convey key information about performance metrics from T-Mobile's recent social campaigns.
The social team at T-Mobile works hard to create content that captivates their audience and drives engagement each month, and to ensure that work is having an impact, they regularly review how their recent work has been performing, and they share that info with other internal T-Mobile teams. Now, they could just throw a bunch of bullet points on a slide, but that's a little boring, so T-Mobile's social team would like to find a more interesting and informative visual way to share a recap of their latest performance metrics.
To show off their social performance metrics and recent achievements in a repeatable way, T-Mobile needs a fast editor to create a template for a text-driven video up to :60, using text, motion graphics, and video assets to provide an overview of the social video campaigns they have created recently. The "template" you create will be used to showcase the most recent metrics, but we're calling it a template because they want a consistent plug-and-play format that can be applied to future performance recaps. You'll be delivering both an initial recap video, and project files that can be used for those future recaps. Once greenlit, the T-Mobile team will share the exact metrics and any video assets they will need to be included in the first videos, but for now, you should consider how you might find a savvy way to show off standard performance measures, such as: video impressions, video view rates, engagement rates, and video reach.
The T-Mobile team is open to all sorts of creative ideas for the execution here, whether it's a fun 2D animation, motion graphics, or even some kind of mixed media. The key limiting factor is that your approach needs to feel plug-and-play for future recaps, so while you might use stop motion as a foundation, any text would need to be a digital overlay on top of that. You should also consider that you'll need to showcase several different achievements, one after the other, so you need some kind of clever visual device that allows for natural transitions. If you're selected, we'll NDA you and give you a list of the achievements they want to cover. In success, the T-Mobile team may come back to you on a regular basis to make visual updates, or simply input the updated assets and metrics.
You will be required to work within the Adobe Creative Cloud for your project and your files should be well organized. For your pitch submission, we would encourage you to share a sample video that illustrates what you're thinking in terms of a creative approach. Feel free to throw in a few different creative options too, so the brand can pivot if they really like your past work, but aren't in love with your primary creative approach. For any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.

HELPFUL REFERENCE VIDEOS FOR INSPIRATION/TONE:
In order to be considered, include the below materials in your submission. For examples of effective pitches, check out this gallery. All Pitches remain private, even after a Pitch is selected, and Tongal strives to have Pitch selections made by the end of the Evaluation period, but additional time may be required by the Sponsor, depending on any number of factors.
The most compelling pitch will be greenlit by the Sponsor, and the responsible creator will then receive an email from Tongal producers detailing next steps. All submitters will also receive an automated email notification that a selection has been announced. To ensure you’re receiving project updates, review your email settings to check that you haven’t unsubscribed.
Creators who’ve been selected will receive funding upon completing the Winner Affidavit and the IP Assignment. Payment of the pitch funds is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal, typically included with the project timeline.
