Create a :30 TrueView video for Reali Buy Before You Sell, a California-Based real estate technology company, to introduce homeowners to a process that enables them to buy a new home before having to sell their current home first.

Reali is an innovative California-based real estate technology company that’s improving the home buying process by enabling homeowners to buy and move into a new home without having to sell their current home first. How does it work? Easy, you use Reali’s funds to place a contingency-free cash offer on your next home. This means you can move into your new home faster, and let Reali do all the work of preparing, listing, and selling your prior home. This process not only saves you from the hassles of trying to sell a home and move multiple times (...unless you actually want to spend a few months in close quarters with your in-laws while you close on a new home), but you’ll likely also save money by paying less for your new home and making more on the sell of your other home.

In fact, an all cash-offer could save you an average of 3%. That’s $15K in savings on a $500K home. Plus, sellers are more likely to accept cash offers – even over higher, mortgage-backed ones. This means your prior home sells an average of two weeks faster compared to traditional agents — and for more! Even better, by working with Reali you can increase the odds of winning your dream home by 3X. No small thing in California. With a dedicated Real Agent helping you at each step of this exciting home buying/selling journey, you can have peace of mind knowing your assets are in good hands.

Reali is looking for an inspiring live action video that introduce homeowners to this convenient process by highlighting its benefits over the traditional home buying process (that is, where you sell your home first, and buy after). They are looking for something inspiring that shows the positive impact Reali Buy Before You Sell has on your life as a homeowner. They would like to see happy people enjoying the benefits of this process, while also educating their target audience about what the process is like.

You’ll want to identify the brand in the first scene of the video, hit customer pain points quickly, and then clearly communicate the relevant benefits in a meaningful way, and potentially reinforce that with some stats or testimonial-style statements. Note that Reali only does business in Los Angeles, San Diego, the San Francisco Bay, and Sacramento, so all footage both exterior and interior should reflect this geographic area.

Please direct all project-related questions to the Project Forum.
