A lowly cubicle worker sends his finished report in an e-mail to his supervisor. His supervisor takes one look and immediately replaces the worker's name on the report with his own. The report then goes up the chain of command, with each person in the chain replacing the previous person's name with their own. Finally, an executive enters the CEO's lavish office and hands him the report (with the executive's name on it, naturally). The CEO hates it and the fires the executive.
