Bill's friend gave him advice before his interview. He told him to mimic the movements of the interviewer. If they sit forward, you sit forward. If they cross their legs, you cross your legs etc. Bill takes the advice seriously & does what he says. Taking the mimicking to the extreme, he imitates the interviewer so much that the interviewer catches on. He makes some bizarre movements & Bill follows suit. Too focused on the mimicking he can't answer the questions. Next time get advice from R.Half
