Allura is a shape-shifting monster hailing from the flooded depths of the bayou in New Orleans Louisiana. It is a non-binary monster that can take on the forms of any living thing to lure its victims into the bayou. Allura is the embodiment of what every Universal monster is and represents. It is a misunderstood monster with extraordinary powers. Allura's story starts in 2005. After this voodoo specialist's home was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, it vowed to protect all that it was left. Anyone who comes close to the sacred land is immediately scared off. But if anyone dares to go further, she traps them and drowns them in the swampy water feeding the land more stubborn souls. I would love to share more about Allura if given the chance. This character is ideal and pivotal to Universal new Monster line up.
