A preloader in the shape of a lightning bolt
Greenlit
Pitch by Scott Salas
A young, hispanic mom comes home from her office and transforms her home into her stadium while showcasing P&G products. Her sister & cousin are coming over with their boyfriends after they get off work. Our leading lady explains how their abuela taught them to be Mujeres con La Falda Bien Puesta. The home, now transformed into her stadium, is the perfect venue for this family's common love of futbol. During the game she looks over her guests while she cheers on her team- ella es Orgullosa.

My production team produced The Cuban Dream, a documentary filmed on location in Cuba. I worked as writer, director, cinematographer, and editor. Here's our trailer:

My production team also produced this commercial for a start up company. We worked on a very tight budget and did our best to realize the script created by the agency/client. I worked as director, cinematographer, and editor.

The production team consists of myself, and my two brothers. We are half Cuban and understand what it means to identify as both Cuban and American, in essence to be of two cultures. While we grew up as a baseball family, we most often gather together to watch soccer on the world stage, it truly is the world’s sport. Upon brainstorming ideas for our pitch, we all immediately thought of our mother. As a fulltime mother while being fully employed she perfectly embodies the Orgullosa lifestyle, as our character is based on a younger version of her. Growing up she would often make our home her stadium, sometimes quite literally, where she would be coach, referee, and at times even play.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We hope to hear from you soon!
