Above each Tongaler's head is a caption like "Just earned residual on national commercial", "Just created a viral commercial that will be viewed 5.5 million times", "Tongal portfolio was just viewed by top agency", etc. Above people who are wasting their time "Just scored 70 points", "Just tweeted bf for the 20th time", "Just watched a rerun of a crappy show", etc.
