This show would be very similar to the famous Cat & Mouse cartoon. Mouse is the equivalent of the Hot Wheels and Cat is the household animal, cat or dog. The show wouldn't need any dialogue. It will be told through the cars small movements bolting around a house. The pets try to chase it but through some elaborate track or path, the Hot Wheels will always get away. The car through small movement will show a playful nature. A theme could show how fast, elusive, and exciting Hot Wheel cars are.
