Hot Wheels and pets work together to get access to pet treats. Pets can be shown using Hot Wheel tracks and buildings to try and construct a structure to allow them to reach pet treats stored somewhere high up or in a hard to open cabinet. It is not looking good until the cars start working with the pets to complete a massive track that enables the car to retrieve the treats for the pets.
