A dog and a cat serve as the two commentators for a Hot Wheels stunt show/race that takes place inside a suburban house. The chemistry between the two pets is a bit like Siskel and Ebert's: slightly combative, but they're definitely friends. While their commentary is always energetic and fun, the pets have a slightly limited understanding of Hot Wheels, as well as constantly disagree on the cars' colors.
