Contribute a short video segment to help our community's family and friends understand what kind of filmmaking gifts are good - or bad - as they start shopping for the holidays. The segment you create will be used as part of Tongal's Holiday Gift Guide Video.
The goal is identify up to 10 Tongal Filmmakers to contribute a 2+ minute video each, where they highlight both two great gifts and two bad gifts, for a filmmaker, and explain the reasons why each is good or bad.
This is your chance to officially answer the question: "What's a good gift for a filmmaker?" Provide your friends and family the information they need, and help your peers and fellow creatives with a valuable resource. The finished video that's created with these segments will be available on Tongal's YouTube Channel for you share with anyone in your gifting circle. Although you may feel free to include edits in your own segment if you like, you're not required to do any editing or incorporate any brand elements or music, as we'll do that on our end when we build the full video.
You're not creating the whole video guide, just contributing a segment. In your video, you should be answering the questions provided in our Gifting Q&A guide. We're looking for you to select a gift idea in one of the following categories:
