Mom uses special controller to take control of her son and get him to floss. After acquiring the special Glide Floss and using item, the kid gains enough points to level up. We would use great game sounds, post effects graphics and animation on top of the live action footage to play up the video game tropes (kid's character name, health meter, on screen inventory, experience points, etc) and really have fun with the concept.
