Being the Executive Pastry Chef for two restaurants in Austin, Texas (Chicon and Contigo) is more than a full-time job.

In what little spare time Kendall has, she works tirelessly for the Austin Animal Shelter, working with animals to help socialize them and prepare them for adoption. Creating inventive and delicious sweet and savory dishes for brunches, dinners and a separate catering division means that Kendall is always fueling up, and Chameleon is her go-to for that extra boost.
