A preloader in the shape of a lightning bolt
Greenlit
Story by Joel Levinson
My wife has celiac, and though we haven't tested him yet, it seems that my younger son does, too. I do not, and my older son does not, and what it means is a very tricky time in a house figuring out what everyone can eat. How do you explain to a 2 year old that his older brother can have one kind of snack and he can't? Or that he can't have a bite of his dad's pancakes at a restaurant? It's very tough on us, but thanks to more and more gluten free options we're finding a way to eat inclusively.
