Rusty Zylstra is a hard working leather smith who cares little about anything other than the quality of his product. He would have been completely content running his tiny business alone creating artisan bags and clothing supplies, but his product spoke of much larger values. After Etsy caught wind of Mercy and advertised on their front page everything changed. Rusty had to make difficult decisions about expanding, yet staying local as his clothing line began to climb the high fashion ladder.
