Create a celebratory and dynamic sizzle video, working with existing assets, to promote all of the amazing BritBox shows coming to Australia in 2025.

New year, new BritBox! 2025 promises an amazing line-up for BritBox Australia, where they're turning up the excitement with a fresh slate of sensational shows that showcase the charm, wit, and storytelling excellence of British television. From gripping dramas and heartwarming comedies to fascinating documentaries and period epics, BritBox is your go-to for the brilliance of binge-worthy shows. We are now looking to craft an engaging mashup video that captures highlights from BritBox’s standout programming for Australian viewers. This isn’t just about the shows—it’s about setting the tone for endless hours of premium viewing, where every moment is a celebration of quality TV.

The goal of this project is to edit together a cheeky and engaging :30 sizzle video to tease our Aussie fans with BritBox offers for the new year. This sizzle should engage fans and unsuspecting scrollers alike, and prompt them to take a break from their New Year's resolutions and get lost in the fun of their soon-to-be favorite BritBox shows. You'll be able to take existing clips from upcoming shows, provided by BritBox, and craft them into a fast-paced, engaging promo that holds the viewer’s attention from start to finish. To get a sense of the style and tone we are going for, make sure to check out their reference videos HERE and HERE. Every show should get its moment to shine, and spark curiosity and excitement. You can see a list of the shows we are looking to highlight in the Background.

To make this sizzle truly pop, we encourage you to get creative with motion graphics, dynamic typography, and music that energizes the edit while allowing the show clips to take center stage. Cleverness is key, so think about how you can blend clips seamlessly to tell a compelling story that embodies the tone and feel of the BritBox brand. Embrace the excitement of the new year too—the sparkle and shine of fresh beginnings, the thrill of a clean slate that launches you into new adventures. It's a time to reflect on how far our viewers have come, while celebrating the journeys of beloved characters who’ve grown alongside them.

Know that you cannot use the current commercial music included in the provided clips, but you can include the dialogue or SFX from any of the shows. You'll need to use the Tongal Music providers for your music. All of the high-res show clips, including a specific end card, will be provided for the final edit. You must work within the Adobe Suite for this project.

For your pitch submission, we're looking for you to edit a :15 sample video to display how you would cut together the different clips dynamically and interestingly. You can use the existing clips shared under the below Assets and you may also pull clips from YouTube for your sample video as long as you know which episode they come from. Britbox will provide full high-res clips for the final cuts during post-production. For any questions or other project updates, check out the Project Forum.
