I have a great way to improve your idea Matthew Fletcher. Give me a email at: cambrrs11@gmail.com . I am available all times. My idea is too big considering this chat gives me a certain amount of characters i can use.

Romans are standing in field. One opens a cooler full of brisk, they open and cheers - aerial shot, swrilling wind and Rome comes into being, we zoom into Rome and see the guys who cheered brisks, sitting on couches being fanned by girls. "That's brisk Baby"

a 'cut to' within this segment, to a Roman who does not have Brisk. The first time we see him, he is using a chisel and hammer, and it takes forever. He discourages the Brisk, and next time we see him, when the city/all roads are built, he has made nearly no progress, and looks comically defeated
