Come up with great ways for lululemon ambassadors to tell stories that highlight the importance of friends, family, and community to inspire an audience to share and get back to sweat in the new year. 

To kick off the new year, we want to motivate people to get back to sweat and pursue their sweatlife journey. To do this, we will use lululemon ambassadors to tell stories about the people in their lives who have inspired them to keep pursuing their own journeys in Running, Yoga, Training, or even athletic Recovery. That's where you come in, Tongalers. We need your help to find dynamic and personal ways to tell these stories on Instagram, Instagram Stories, and IGTV. 

We want the lululemon community to connect with these stories about celebrating the supporting people around us, encourage the community to share their own stories, and to energize them to get back out there and pursue those sweat goals. These stories could be about openly sharing those moments an ambassador failed and who helped them up, or the little things someone did that built up into huge impact on an ambassador's life. What we need you to do is tell us how we can tell these stories on social media, be it a video series for IG Stories or IGTV, GIFs, screenshots, collaborations with influencers or lululemon ambassadors, channel takeovers, reading personal letters from lululemon guests/customers, etc. But please be specific about what it will look like, no general concepts please.

DELIVERABLES:

• One 500-character concept for fun, achievable social content laddering up to the central theme of highlighting those who encourage us to get back to sweat

• Social media users looking for motivation to get back to sweat
• lululemon guests/social audience – men and women 18–34

TONE:

• Voice: the cool, trusted friend. Optimistic, energetic, and vibrant.
• Bold, Spirited, Real. Emphasis on Spirited – fun, playful, witty, entertaining.
• Inspiring, convenient, exciting

EXECUTIONAL MANDATORIES: 

• Concepts must bring personality and creatively identify ways to highlight individuals who encourage and inspire
• Concepts must be executable on social media during the 4 week period of January
• Concepts must have a call to action that engages the audience to share their stories and pursue their goals
• Concepts must be based around one of four themes: 1) Running, 2) Yoga, 3) Training, 4) Recovery

Tell us your concept in 500 characters or less. Think of this as a longer, more detailed Idea in 500 characters. Concepts are broader than a one-off Idea, and often require you to consider formats and frameworks for multiple executions for a campaign. Three greenlit concept creators will receive $250 each. Should your concept be selected, you must complete the Winner’s Affidavit and IP Assignment forms in order to receive payment.

YOU MAY NOT PUBLICLY SHARE OR PUBLISH YOUR SUBMISSION IN ANY MANNER AND YOU MAY NOT POST OR UPLOAD YOUR SUBMISSION TO ANY WEBSITE OR VIDEO HOSTING SITE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE OR VIMEO), WITHOUT THE PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF TONGAL. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR ENTRY IN THE PROJECT.
   
   
3. Submissions cannot contain any profanity, offensive language, nudity or otherwise objectionable material, the determination of which is solely at the discretion of Sponsor.
   
   
4. Submissions must not portray Sponsor in a negative way, the determination of which will solely reside with Sponsor.
    
5. By submitting to this project, you acknowledge that your work may become subject to public voting on the Tongal site. Public voting may be used to help the project sponsor determine the final rank order.
    
6. Limit 5 submissions per member, per Phase.
    
7. You must be at least thirteen (13) years or older to enter.
   
   
8. The Sponsor reserves the right to repost the contest.
   
   
9. Creators of selected submissions must provide the standard Tongal W-9, Winner Affidavit, and IP Assignment.
