My approach will be to celebrate that this is an international spot & highlight what makes children from various cultures unique in order to draw attention to commonalities that unify childhood such as the bumps & scrapes that come with being a kid & the ability of Band-Aids to make it feel better. I will utilize a docu-style approach to record kids in their natural environments and create a visual, uplifting and emotional project that will show that even though different we are the same~
