Create a :45 animated video for Wpromote, a digital marketing agency, that incorporates audio recordings of employee testimonials to help drive recruitment and get new candidates to apply for a position at the company.

If you're searching for a company that fits your specific work style, ambitions, and needs, it can be challenging. Luckily, Wpromote doesn't take the one size fits all approach like most companies: they're making sure each individual is supported by being flexible and by fine-tuning their specific career path. Wpromote is an award-winning digital marketing agency that manages integrated, performance-centric digital marketing campaigns for clients across a variety of industries. For their employees, they offer a lot of avenues for growth, with everything from good old-fashioned friendly competitions, in the form of LinkedIn learning challenges and employee-led trivia games, to frequent opportunities to lunch and learn with industry experts and thought leaders. They aiming to make Mondays (and the rest of your week) suck less, and their employees can speak to their success doing just that.

The goal of this project then is to create a :45 video that informs prospective candidates about the benefits of a career at Wpromote, and leads them to apply for a position. They would like to do this with 2D or 3D animated executions inspired by - and incorporating - actual audio recordings and photos from their employee testimonials and photos. They have a total of five testimonials that you can use, and in each testimonial, the employees answer five questions about their experience working at Wpromote. You are not required use every testimonial, but your video should include a response to each of the questions.

Should it be helpful, each employee has provided some still photos to inspire your animations. Please see the Background for a breakdown of the specific questions, along with some other key information, and feel free to ask questions in the Project Forum.

The most compelling pitch will be greenlit, and the responsible creator will then receive an email from Tongal producers detailing next steps. All submitters will also receive an automated email notification that a selection has been announced. To ensure you’re receiving project updates, review your email settings to check that you haven’t unsubscribed.

Creators who’ve been selected will receive funding upon completing the Winner Affidavit and the IP Assignment. Payment of the pitch funds is subject to a payment schedule determined by Tongal. Please see the full payment schedule  in the Assets section.
