For this contest, we have to keep the Tongal name as it designed in the tongal's logo or we could create something else? If dont', we'll have the logo file in vector available for download?

For the banner, I don't recommend using the tongal name or logo, just interpret the Tag Line(s) that you want.

Question about this rule:
4) You must submit the Image as ONE FILE, that includes a version against a white background and a black background. We suggest you make a 200 x 100 white box and a 200 x 100 black box and put the artwork on top of the boxes.
Essentially are you looking for the submission to have the images "stacked" onto ONE FILE. Forinstance white background on top, black background on bottom on a 200x200 .jpg? Or do you guys require EACH image to be submitted separately.

yes, we want one file. A jpg will work for the contest. If you win, we will ask you to send us the original file
