What it means?? I learned that tongal is an anagram of Galton. But I didn't understand the logo yet.

Well, if you read the story about Galton, the research he did at the country fair was at a contest to judge the weight of an ox, so that explains the ox. Also, it is designed a bit to look like a brand, and we are working with "brands" so that's the best explanation I can come up with :)
