Hi there, I had alot of problems trying to upload my latest video. I have a Mac and a tried uploading from both Safari and Firefox...the advance uploader did not work with either broswer. I tried to upload several times, using both browsers, my original video...it took over 20 minutes and then I would get an error message. I finally exported out of FCP using lower quality settings to get my file size smaller. This seemed to work, but I am unsure as to wether or not the quality is compromised.

go to your mytongal page and look at the video in your portfolio

I have been trying to upload for several hours. It gets to 100 percent completion and then says "something went wrong..." When I try Advanced upload it won't even start upload and gives error message. Running out of time....

It crashes at the point where it normally starts the conversion.

Try to refresh the page, and then start upload. Or open a new browser window or tab and the upload your video.

I've trie all of this and none is working. I'm using Sony Vegas (long story why) but still I've trie to upload 5 or 6 times and the one time it worked was with a really REALLY bad quality version. I don't know what to do...
